WOW! Promotions Group wants to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your merchandise selection. If at any time you need a sample, just let us know.

How to Order a Sample

To order a sample please fill out the form below. The sample department will contact you regarding your request within 24 hours and provide you with the cost (if applicable) and shipping options.

Sample Policy

The cost of the sample including shipping must be paid at the time of the sample request (if pricing applies).

If you choose to place an order for an item which you have sampled, WOW! Promotions Group will credit the cost of that sample (if applicable) excluding shipping towards your order.

All samples are shipped either blank or with a random imprint. Samples may not be customized with personal information. If an actual Pre-Production proof is needed please email for details and pricing to:

We will make every effort to ship the product color you request, however we cannot guarantee that the color requested will be available to ship as a sample. We will notify you if your color is not available.

All sample orders are shipped by UPS Ground, FedEx Ground or by the USPS. If you need to expedite shipping please provide a shipping account number or request more information when ordering a sample.

Limit of 4 Items. Maximum of 3 per item.

WOW! Promotions Group reserves the right to reject any sample request.
