Deadlines are part of every business and a promotion or a special event can be scheduled on a moments notice. What to do? No problem at WOW! Promotions Group. We're the Experts in Rush Service and we'll deliver your product On Time, Every Time.

Most items at WOW! Promotions Group are available with a rush service. Find your product, and the production time is indicated right under the product item number and is also available on the product detail page. If rush service information is not shown. please give Client Services a call and we'll check availability.

Every product has its own production time. Production time refers to business days only. Business days are Monday thru Friday. Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays are non-production days and these days should be skipped when counting production days on a calendar.

TIME CRITICAL ORDERS: Most rush orders require that all artwork be received and approved by 12pm EST in order to be processed the same day. Orders received after 12pm EST will be processed the following business day, therefore adding at least 1 additional business day to your delivery date. Please approve all artwork quickly.

Most items have a 1 Day - 5 Day rush option. Please note that non standard Rush Service will require an additional cost per item and/or an additional Setup Charge. We will ALWAYS guide you towards FREE Rush Service in order to save you the most money.

Along with rush production, we can always expedite shipping. All orders ship out via UPS or FedEx Ground Service, unless an expedited method is requested. If a close in-hand date must be met and a rush service is chosen, then expediting shipping to 1 Day, 2 Day or 3 Day Delivery Service might be the only option for an on time delivery. Client Services will provide all shipping options for you before the order ships.
